Privacy
KAIZUN LABS operates Watchbook. Contact kaizunlabs.ofc@gmail.com for support, access, correction, export or deletion requests. We may verify account ownership before acting.
Watchbook stores your saved titles, progress, ratings, favorites, notes, preferences, profile and activity to provide your library. Supabase handles account sign-in and sessions. The account directory is shared with LabDraft, while Watchbook library and profile tables and its browser session are separate. Password changes affect both services. Google and GitHub sign-in can supply your email and basic account details when you choose them.
Session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage remembers appearance and sidebar choices; the labeled browser-only demo keeps its data on this device. Removing local browser data removes that demo. Watchbook has no advertising tracker or third-party behavioral analytics SDK.
Searches and title identifiers go to configured metadata services. Artwork may load through Vercel or directly from trusted image hosts, which can receive ordinary connection details. Choosing an external trailer, source or availability link opens a service with its own privacy practices. We do not sell personal library data. Vercel and Supabase provide hosting and database services and may process operational logs under their own policies.
Your library is owner-restricted; public sharing is not active. Vault unlocking is unavailable. We keep account data while the service operates or as required for legal and operational needs. Removed entries may remain in backups or security records for applicable retention periods. Contact us to request a copy or deletion. Deleting the shared account may affect LabDraft and requires a separate explicit request.
Basic terms
Watchbook is a personal media tracker. Use it lawfully, protect your account, and respect other users and provider rights. You retain rights to your notes and permit us to store and process them to run your library. You must meet the minimum age and consent requirements where you live.
Catalog information, artwork, ratings and availability come from independent providers and can be incomplete or change. Watchbook does not host films or episodes, guarantee access to any title, or guarantee uninterrupted service. External sites have their own terms. Consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. We may restrict abuse and update these terms with notice where required.
Data sources & credits
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Where to watch availability is provided by JustWatch through TMDB; it links to the corresponding TMDB page for current provider information.
When enabled, anime and manga data comes from AniList or an approved MyAnimeList connection. Artwork remains subject to its owners’ rights. Public provider availability depends on permission and configuration.
Wikidata structured data is CC0. Wikipedia excerpts are by contributors under CC BY-SA 4.0; source links on titles identify the article and contributor history. Wikimedia images appear only when identified as free or public domain; each image retains its own on-page credit and license details. TVmaze metadata, when enabled, is CC BY-SA 4.0.
